Job Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Assist residents with medication management and adherence
• Maintain accurate medication records and documentation
• Monitor residents for any side effects or adverse reactions to medications
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and residents' families

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Medication Aide in the state of Nebraska
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Aide in the state of Nebraska
• Previous experience working in an assisted living or long-term care facility is recommended but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
