Job Responsibilities:

• Assessing and monitoring the health status of residents
• Administering medications and treatments
• Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants
• Collaborating with healthcare providers and family members
• Ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Nebraska
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
