Saint Joseph's Villa & Court in David City, NE is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team for night shifts, 36 hours a week with a schedule of 3 nights during the week and then the rotating week of Sunday and 2 nights during the week for the first year. As a LPN at Saint Joseph's, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in the state of Nebraska
- Ability to work night shifts and 36 hours a week
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
